This policy explains what Genesis iTG collects when you use genesisitg.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain on purpose.
Who we are
Genesis iTG is an ecommerce growth agency based in Nevada. For questions about this policy or your data, email hello@genesisitg.com.
What we collect
- Contact and session requests. When you submit our form we collect your name, email address, phone number, company, website, and the message you send us. We use it only to respond to your request.
- Job applications. When you apply through our careers page, we collect the resume you upload (PDF or TXT), your name, email address, the introduction note you write, and the conversation you have with our careers assistant. Resumes and related material are stored in private storage that only authorized team members can open. Your conversation with our careers assistant is stored alongside your application and is read by a member of our team. It is used only to review your application, and it is deleted on the same 24-month schedule as the rest of your application material.
- Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited. This includes pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
- Technical records. Like most websites, we keep server logs including IP addresses and request details for security and to prevent abuse.
How we use your information
- To reply to your messages and deliver the sessions or services you ask about.
- To review job applications and contact candidates about work.
- To keep the site secure, prevent spam, and rate-limit form submissions.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your resume or form details for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies: strictly necessary cookies for site security and sign-in (team members only), and Google Analytics cookies for aggregate traffic measurement. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting the site.
Who we share data with
We share data only with the service providers that run this site: our hosting platform, our email delivery provider (so form and application confirmations reach you), Google Analytics, and Google sign-in for the private team area. Each provider processes data only on our instructions. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept while we work with you and for a reasonable period afterward. Job applications are kept for up to 24 months so we can contact you if a matching role opens. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@genesisitg.com.
Security
Form submissions and applications are validated and rate-limited on our servers, uploaded resumes are stored in a private storage area with no public access, and the internal team area is restricted to authorized team members only. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the data we hold.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — just email us.
- Ask us not to contact you about future work.
- Opt out of analytics by disabling cookies in your browser.
Your privacy rights
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, the right to request a copy of it, the right to ask us to correct it, and the right to ask us to delete it. You also have the right not to be treated differently for exercising any of these rights — we will not refuse you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower level of service because you asked.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@genesisitg.com. We will verify your request by replying to the email address we hold for you, and we will respond within 45 days.
Visitors outside the United States
Genesis iTG is based in Nevada, United States, and the service providers that run this site process data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and stored in the US.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and reviewing job applications as our legal basis for processing, and on your consent for analytics cookies. You have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Email hello@genesisitg.com and we will action it.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
